How quickly can you start?
Typically 3-4 weeks from when we agree on scope. We maintain a short pipeline intentionally — we don't stockpile clients and make them wait months.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For engagements over $30,000, we can structure milestone-based payments.
What if the project runs over timeline?
It's on us. Our fixed-price model means timeline risk is ours, not yours. We've hit our deadline on 95% of projects and been within 3 days on the rest.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We'll sign your standard NDA before any technical discussion if you prefer. We also have our own mutual NDA if you'd like to use that instead.
Can you work with our existing team?
Absolutely. We work in your codebase, attend your standups if you'd like, and submit PRs through your normal review process.
What about ongoing maintenance?
Every engagement includes 30 days of async support. Beyond that, we offer a monthly retainer ($5,000/month) for ongoing support and quarterly reviews.
Do you work with pre-revenue startups?
Generally, no. Our services are designed for companies with product-market fit and revenue, where AI adds measurable value.
